Impact - Design to make a difference

*Significance of the features

Viewing service as a complex, hybrid entity calls for the formation of an interconnected network, where individuals and organisations combine their diverse knowledge and skills to succeed.
Today's consumers have access to a various services, prompting the industry priorities better options over quantity. To evolving businesses through value co-creation is a key.

Through this project, I’ve come to appreciate how Too Good To Go has built a network where communities support one another by making the most of existing local resources. It’s not just about reducing waste—it’s about strengthening community ties and fostering sustainable practices. Developing strategies for them has challenged us to think critically and apply different service strategy tools in new ways. Each tool offered a unique perspective—whether mapping stakeholder relationships, analysing value co-creation, or exploring business ecosystems. By working through these frameworks, I gained a deeper understanding of how services operate within complex networks and how strategic decisions can shape their impact.
